Michele is also the owner of Successful Conversations Now and has over 20 years of experience working with internationally acclaimed thought leaders in the fields of negotiation, relationship management, and communication. Michele currently travels across the world delivering corporate training focused on helping individuals within organizations cultivate their leadership capabilities through developing personal mastery of their communication skills; in addition to all of this, Michele is a contributing author to the recently published book "Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Path to Leadership" and holds a BS in International Business and an MA in Psychology.
