Projects are expected to address a business need and help an organization attain its goals. Business analysts are expected to ensure that a project fits into the business context. In this webinar participants will learn how to conduct "enterprise analysis" in order to align projects with organizational goals. The webinar explains the main tasks of Enterprise Analysis according to the IIBA® BABOK® Guide and then demonstrates select techniques, including root cause analysis, assessing capability gaps, defining solution scope, and leveraging business architecture frameworks such as the Zachman framework.
