Scot is a Cal Accountability Certified Elite Trainer, DDI Multi-rater 360 Feedback Coach, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and passed the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Exam. He holds a Master of Science in Education Training and Human Performance from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
