About the Webinar

There is no doubt that a well trained, experienced, and competent professional project manager will make a meaningful, value-adding contribution to any organization. The career-minded project manager focuses on organizational success, benefits realization, and value creation for the customer as the main business drivers for each assignment. The professional project manager also continues to develop the skills required to achieve the goals of the organization to which he or she is assigned, while continuing to grow professionally and personally. Today’s project managers are expected to overcome challenges and obstacles that, just a few years ago, could not even be imagined. These challenges require a unique type of person who understands what business value is and has the ability to guide the development of an approach to each project that will successfully deliver the expected business benefits. This presentation addresses the core factors associated with generating business value and defines the key elements that ensure the desired benefits realization objectives are attained.
