Michael Delis, Eng, ACC, SPC4, CLP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CDA, is a senior trainer and consultant with Corporate Education Group with more than 20 years of experience as a certified agile project management consultant, practitioner, trainer, and coach. Michael has been the Coordinator of the Certification and Education Program for PMI-Montreal for over a decade and is an active member of Agile Montreal. Michael is a seasoned presenter and has been a keynote speaker at various corporate and project management chapter events. Michael has trained on and implemented project management best practices globally, specializing in agile transformations and traditional project management methodologies in both public and private sectors.
