About the Webinar

At some point, you may need to give critical feedback to an employee, talk to your boss about his or her behavior, deliver bad news to someone or resolve a conflict between you and a co-worker. These kinds of conversations can be difficult to undertake. Most of us would rather avoid them altogether. Even when we do attempt them, we are often disappointed with the results. We don’t say what we mean and don’t mean what we say. Issues go unresolved and resentment and bad feelings linger.

What kind of difficult conversations are you facing? Are you dealing with them successfully?
Whether for yourself or to coach others, this webinar will help you develop the skills and techniques needed to master difficult conversations. It will help you:

- Strengthen your working relationships

- Turn difficult conversations into learning conversations

- Structure the conversation using a working model

- Coach others on how to navigate a crucial conversation
