With expertise spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she is passionate about creating engaging, impactful learning experiences—both in person and online. Holding degrees in Psychology and Training & Adult Education, along with an Executive MBA Certificate in Talent Management, Kelly combines science-backed learning principles with real-world application. She is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and a Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst.
