Frank began his career with AT&T and Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for large telecommunications and IT projects. He is widely viewed as an outstanding leader in the project management industry and has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies. He has also played a key role in contributing to strategy development for enterprise-wide project management programs. Frank is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has contributed significantly to PMI’s growth and knowledge base for more than 20 years. He received a PMI Fellow Award and is currently serving another term as president of the PMI New York City Chapter.
