About the Webinar

Today’s post-pandemic business environment tells us that rapid, constant, and disruptive change is now the norm and business coaching is more important than ever. For project managers, coaching others has evolved as an essential skill needed alongside leading project team members. But with so much to do and so little guidance, how do project managers successfully stretch and develop others while getting the work done?

Join Lisa DiTullio as she shares successful coaching tips that can be incorporated into routine interactions with project team members while ensuring delivery of successful project results. She will talk about how coaching is based on asking rather than telling, on challenging rather than instructing, and by holding a person accountable for results. Lisa will identify the skills that project managers need to be effective workplace coaches and share best-practice tips that can be applied immediately with lasting results.
