Benoit De Grâce is a senior trainer and consultant with Corporate Education Group with more than 20 years of experience delivering courses on the fundamentals of project management, scope, leadership, communication, and quality management. Before becoming a full-time trainer, he was a production engineer and an industrial engineering consultant, where he first used project management techniques alongside agile tools such as Kanban and Lean.
As a senior business analyst with a keen ability to synthesize business processes and adapt project management know-how to various corporate environments, he has helped organizations define and streamline their business processes. His clients have included Bombardier, Caterpillar, Sandoz, Royal Dutch Shell, Standard Life, Ultima Foods, the Quebec Ministry of Transportation, and the Department of National Defense.
Benoit holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a specialty in project management, is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and member of the Project Management Institute since 1998.
