Delivering the project is the floor. Innovation is the bar.

Delivering successful projects — solving a specific problem, fulfilling a specific need, providing a specific solution — can look like a sufficient level of performance. The competitive global climate says otherwise. It adds pressure on project managers to perform at a higher level still, and to do that they have to build the knowledge and skills that unleash innovation and the creative potential of their project teams.

In this webinar, Michael Delis captures participant perceptions of innovation and defines an innovation mindset, an innovation culture, and innovation leadership — what it takes to establish innovative project environments, and to lead creative project teams with the creative thinking skills to deliver innovative project solutions.
